At To His Glory Club, every item is made to order, carefully inspected, and thoughtfully packed by our team in Florida.
Because each piece is produced specifically for your order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, we will make it right.
30-Day Defect Guarantee
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery if your item:
- Arrives damaged or defective;
- Contains a printing or manufacturing error;
- Is different from the product, size, color, or quantity listed in your order confirmation;
- Is missing an item included in your order.
To request assistance, contact us through our Contact page and include:
- Your full name;
- Your order number;
- A description of the issue;
- Clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label, when applicable.
Requests submitted after 30 days may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Approved Claims
After reviewing your request, we may offer:
- A replacement at no additional charge;
- A refund to your original payment method;
- Another appropriate resolution agreed upon with you.
The appropriate resolution will depend on the circumstances of the order and the issue reported.
Please do not return an item without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
When a return is required because of an error on our part, we will provide return instructions and cover the approved return shipping cost.
Returns and Exchanges We Do Not Accept
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Selecting the wrong size;
- Selecting the wrong color;
- Changing your mind after ordering;
- Ordering the wrong quantity;
- Personal preference regarding fit or style;
- Minor color differences caused by screen settings, lighting, or the garment-dyeing process;
- Normal wear and tear;
- Damage caused by improper washing, drying, ironing, or product care;
- An incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided during checkout.
Please carefully review the product description, size selection, color, quantity, and shipping information before completing your purchase.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.
Because orders may enter production shortly after purchase, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.
If we approve a cancellation before production begins, the payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
If an entire order is refunded because it was damaged, defective, incorrect, or affected by an error on our part, any standard shipping charge paid for that order may also be refunded.
Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer are not refundable.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
After a refund is issued, your bank or payment provider may take up to 10 business days to post the funds to your account. Processing times are controlled by the financial institution and may vary.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund, please contact your bank or payment provider first and then reach out to us through our Contact page.
Lost or Missing Packages
For packages that are delayed, lost in transit, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please follow the instructions provided in our Shipping Policy.
Refunds or replacements for shipping-related issues are reviewed individually based on the tracking information and the outcome of any carrier investigation.
